We are a building and construction company providing project management based in Nairobi, Kenya. Petrom was founded in 1998, first trading as a Business name till the incorporation into a Limited company in 2010.

Our History

Petrom was founded in 1998, first trading as a Business name till the incorporation into a Limited company in 2010. The directors have worked extensively in the construction industry both in Kenya and around Africa and brings sound understanding of the design and implementation of various categories of construction projects, budgetary control, norms and procedures among other related fields that directly relate to the industry.

Our Services

Project Management

  • Prepare and maintain, in conjunction with the Main Consultants (architect, QS, Engineer), a master program from conception to completion;
  • To record principal activities and identify critical dates;
  • Verify and incorporate consultants programs for production of detailed design

Contract Management

  • Managing the contract;
  • To record all variations and non compliance with contract specifications and keep the Consultants appraised accordingly;
  • Obtain materials testing and certifications and monitor the commissioning and testing of installations.

Site Logistics

  • Supply and transportation of civil engineering materials;
  • Transportation of construction

Site Work

  • Site construction and oversight;
  • Contractors, consultants Site Meetings and Clients Consultants meetings;
  • Reporting.
